InCognito XII

The InCognito XII is the latest generation of this
speaker. It features an upgraded tweeter and a totally
new crossover with a new compensation on the midrange and the tweeter and it is now completely linear in terms of impedance and frequency. The InCognito XII is now made with all Duelund Coherent Audio components. Binding posts have been upgraded to WBT Platinum Signature.

The InCognito XII's mulifaceted enclosure is made of a 1.5" thick HDF sandwich material covered by 1" thick selected solid hard wood. The speaker includes a refined, fully compensated acoustical second order crossover. Every component has been measured and chosen for its sonic and musical behaviour, with no consideration for cost. The crossover is hardwired with silver solder and sealed in a special damped chamber to avoid microphony and to shield it from electrical and magnetic radiation from the rest of the system. All internal wire has now been upgraded to Duelund pure silver silk insulated.

The 7" Audio Technology midbass driver is hand built and specially designed for optimal effect in this enclosure. The driver features a cone that has been uniquely shaped for this moving system and a vented magnet system that includes Symmetric Drive to optimize the linear directivity.

The InCognito XII is a two way ported design which boasts an extremely linear frequency response, on-axis as well as off-axis. This makes it a very accurate loudspeaker in a "real-world" environment. Frequency range is 30 - 30,000 Hz -3dB. Sensitivity is 91 dB. Impedance is 4 ohms. Dimensions are 42.5"H x 11.5"W x 15"D. Weight is 159 lbs each.
