The reviewers agree, Quadraspire will improve the sound of
your system.
Best Buy, Hi-Fi Choice
"The Q4 provided a very neutral sound supporting the
finicky Naim CDS. Unlike many supports, the Q4 seemed to
emphasize no part of the frequency spectrum unduly. Bass was full-blooded and
articulate, the midrange clear and balanced, while treble information was
projected cleanly in an orderly fashion.
In spite of its neutral character, though, the table never
made music appear restrained or over-damped. Briskly-struck acoustic guitar had
its characteristic dynamic bite, while percussive bass lines started and stopped
precisely. Perhaps most noticeable, however, was the absence of 'edge' or
intrusive coloration on singers' voices. As a result, the
table's sound, or lack thereof, provided a detailed, informative and easy-going
insight into recordings.

... a decided cut above average ... less tricky to set up ...
the Q4 definitely merits a Best Buy tag."
Best Buy, Home Entertainment
"Best of the bunch is the Quadraspire QAV SP. Basically a
steroid-enhanced version of the company's well respected and elegant QAV, the SP
version will confidently hold the largest home cinema equipment without the
least complaining, looking good without damaging the system performance in any
way.
The Quadraspire table is extremely fluid and unforced
sounding, with more clarity than most tables can muster. This improvement is not
to be sniffed at, the changes are more significant than are first imagined.
If you want to hold even the largest TV and home cinema system
in woody style, the Quadraspire leads the field ...this performs as well as it
looks and never seems to be as massive as it really is. A clear Best Buy.
If you don't need the aircraft carrier sized platforms of the
SP, the cheaper and smaller QAV more than fits the bill. Basic, modular and
extremely well made, the table makes a lot of sense for those who seek good wood
to hold up their TV's."
