Bluebird Music to Distribute Canton in USA and Canada

Buffalo, NY, December 2, 2020—- Bluebird Music, distributor of high-performance audio products since 2000, is pleased to announce their appointment as US and Canadian distributor of loudspeakers from Canton. In business for nearly half a century, Canton is the largest manufacturer of loudspeakers in Germany, and will be the seventh brand distributed by Bluebird, joining Weiss Engineering digital products, AVM (Audio Video Manufaktur) electronics, Jadis vacuum tube electronics, SME turntables, Questyle personal audio products, and loudspeakers from Vienna Acoustics.

“Canton is a large and thriving company, and we’re thrilled to represent them”, said Jay Rein, President of Bluebird Music. “Canton make their own drivers, cabinets, crossovers and hardware in-house, rigorously controlling quality in ways that small makers and assembly houses simply can’t. Every single speaker is hand-finished and individually tested at Canton’s two factories in Europe. The company is still owned by the Seitz family, founders of the company nearly 50 years ago, and is actively managed by them. Their pride and care are exhibited in every Canton speaker, and they have invested in R&D facilities that few companies can match, including their own anechoic chamber and materials research lab.”

“Canton speakers provide incredible performance and value at every level, from small stand-mounts all the way up to the state of the art Reference series— which can compete with any speakers made. All Canton speakers are backed by the stability and resources of a well-established, major company, and every speaker is warranted for five years. Canton speakers utilize meticulous joinery and stunning finishes—we’re happy to be able to offer them alongside Vienna Acoustics speakers. With the two brands, we feel we’re offering the very best in fine European craftsmanship. Canton is a company with a long, proud history, and they’ll be around for decades to come.”

We’re certain that Canton can provide the perfect speaker for the most-demanding audiophile, and for any style of home.”
